CAKE People Development has been operating from offices in Denmark Street, since it launched in October 2016. New business and the loyal support of its customers is one of the main reasons they have grown so much over the last 6 months and have outgrown the current office space.
Margaret Burnside, Director of CAKE said: “At our current location, the limited parking and tight working spaces were no longer acceptable. We’ve been searching for the ideal space for a while. We were committed to staying in Diss when looking to find a new office space and are delighted to tell everyone that we’ve finally found it. Our new redesigned and remodelled offices, with a range of new flexible training rooms, make our new location a more relaxed and attractive place to learn.
She continued, “Our decision to stay and continue our growth in Diss, is our vote of confidence in the town and the terrific location of the Business Park. Being so close to the station with rail links to Norwich and London means it’s an easy commute for our clients and delegates. It’s also close to the A140 with unlimited parking.
Diss has seen the biggest rise in property values in the country this year. The reason behind the significant growth is due to the huge investment through the Diss Heritage Triangle and the regeneration of the town centre which will boost the local economy.
