In December, the CAKE team along with clients and CAKE friends attended the TJ Awards. The Awards are now in their 11th year, bigger and better than ever and are widely recognised as one of the most prestigious L & D awards’ programmes in the UK.
We were delighted to sponsor the Best Leadership Development Award. It demonstrates our commitment to excellence in Learning and Development; and once again, Margaret Burnside, Director of CAKE People Development was on the judging panel for the Learning Development Team of the year category.
